resad.

I'm Resad Zacina, founder, investor, and operator. Over the last decade I've helped launch 122+ products, grown Ministry of Programming into a Deloitte Fast 50 and FT1000 company, and worked across Europe, the Nordics, and MENA with founders who move fast and think big.

I've been part of teams behind Fishbrain, Stylemarks/Juniqe, and NAGA, and I've worked with enterprises such as Roche, Triton Digital, and Raiffeisen Bank on software used by millions.

At MOP we've built startups across AI, deep tech, health, fintech, mobility, and the creator economy.

These days I split my time between building AI products, investing in early-stage teams, and helping founders with strategy, product, and growth. I like working with people who have intensity and actually ship.
